2 cups rice
1/2 red bell pepper , diced
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup frozen green peas
Parsley
Salt and pepper
4 cups water
2 cups cooked chicken
1 spoon of oil
Saute in oil, all the vegetables. After 5 minutes of cooking, add the rice and cook 5 minutes. Add parsley , salt and pepper , cover with boiling water and cover . Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until the complete absorption of the liquid by the rice. Serve
