2 kg (about 4 1/3 pound) baby back ribs
For the sauce:
250 ml (1 cup) orange juice
80 ml ( 1/3 cup ) ketchup
80 ml (1/3 cup) chili sauce
60 ml (1/4 cup ) soy sauce
30 ml (2 tbsp. ) Honey
15 ml (1 tbsp. ) Chopped ginger
15 ml (1 tbsp. ) Of chopped garlic
If necessary, remove excess fat from ribs.
In a bowl , mix sauce ingredients . Divide mixture in half. Refrigerate half ( it used to baste during cooking ribs) . Pour the other half in an airtight bag and add the ribs. Shake to coat the meat sauce .
Marinate in costs 6 to 12 hours .
When baking, preheat oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F).
Place each set of ribs on a large sheet of aluminum foil . Drizzle with the sauce used to marinate the ribs. Fold the sheets to form tight papillary lotes . Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes .
Open curls and brush the ribs with reserved sauce . Continue cooking for 30 to 45 minutes, leaving open curl until the ribs are golden brown .
