250 ml (1 cup) flour

15 ml (1 tbsp.) Baking powder
1 pinch of salt
250 ml (1 cup) milk
1 egg
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Oil
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Vanilla
Oil for frying
Peel and core the fruit. Cut into slices 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick. Place side by side in a dish.
Mix sugar and brandy, then pour over the apples. Leave macerated in 2 to 3 hours room temperature.
In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. While whisking, add milk, egg, oil and vanilla. Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
In a deep fryer, heat oil to 190 ° C (375 ° F)
