1 box of 213g (7 1/2 oz) tuna, drained
1 tomato, diced
60 ml (1/4 cup) finely sliced lettuce
60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped onion
60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped olives
chopped parsley
1 ml (1/4 tsp.) Of Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
2 pita bread

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl mix tuna, diced tomatoes, lettuce, onions and olives.

Add chopped parsley, to taste, and the Italian seasoning.

Salt and pepper

Cut pitas in half to form pockets in the opening and gently fill the tuna mixture. Serve.
