Shrimp Fried Rice: Submitted by: John B. | Date Added: 4 Nov 2012 Ingredients:

30 ml (2 tbsp.) Oil
250 ml (1 cup) shrimp
284 ml (10 oz) canned mushrooms
45 ml (3 tbsp) soy sauce
500 ml (2 cups) cooked rice
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions:

In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onions and shrimp about 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms, soy sauce and rice, salt and pepper and fry 5 minutes. Stir in beaten egg and bake made 3 to 4 minutes, stirring.
