3 cups all-purpose flour not white
2 c. teaspoon baking powder
2 c. tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 c. teaspoon vanilla extract
4-5 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions:

Place rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
Grease two baking sheets with muffins 12 muffins.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Book.
In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add eggs, vanilla and mix until the mixture is smooth.
At low speed, add the bananas and dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
Spread half of the mixture into the molds.
Sprinkle with half the sugar and chocolate chips. Cover with the remaining batter and top with the remaining brown sugar and chocolate chips. Bake about 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean the dough, but slightly topped with melted chocolate.
