4 cups fresh rhubarb, diced
1 cup sugar
1/8 cup water
preparation
In a saucepan, combine rhubarb and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
