1 chicken, 1.4 kg (3 lb) into four pieces
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Butter
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Honey
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
125 ml (1/2 cup) fruit ketchup

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175 ° C (350 ° F)

In a baking dish, with a lid, place chicken, skin side down. Book.

In a small skillet, melt the butter. Add remaining ingredients except ketchup. Stir until

sauce is smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in the ketchup.

Pour half the sauce over chicken, cover and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove chicken from oven, turn it around, pour the remaining sauce. Continue

baking, uncovered 20 to 30 minutes. Serve.
