2 tournedos of beef into strips
1 cup dressing herbs and garlic
A lettuce
1/2 cup dressing Greek
2 red peppers into thin strips
1 tray of sliced ​​mushrooms

Cooking Instructions:

PLACE beef and 1/2 cup of the dressing herbs and garlic in a resealable plastic bag, seal the bag. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Remove steak from marinade, discard marinade.

Preheat the skillet over medium heat. Cook beef for 5 minutes on each side and add the mushrooms and peppers.

TOSS greens with Greek dressing. Place in a serving plate. Top with steak slices.
