Meatloaf glazed with apricots: Submitted by: Peter | Date Added: 2 Apr 2012 Ingredients:

1 pound ground veal
1 pound ground pork
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 c. tablespoon garam masala (Indian spice mix)
2 c. teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup bread crumbs

2 c. tablespoons of apricot jam
2 c. tablespoons plum sauce
1/4 c. teaspoon curry

Cooking Instructions:

Combine all meat ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Place in a loaf pan or form a large roll. Bake at 350 degrees until it is cooked about 30 minutes. Remove the excess fat that is found in meat.

Meanwhile, combine all glaze ingredients and then pour over the meatloaf and bake for another 30 minutes.
