Ginger Baste For Pork: Date Added: 10 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
2 each cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup wine vinegar
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon msg (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Combine ingedients thoroughly until sugar is dissolved. Let stand for at least 1 hour to blend flavors before using. Stir well before brushing on pork during cooking.
