Baked Macaroni: Submitted by: David Frost | Date Added: 25 Mar 2012 Ingredients:

1 box of elbow macaroni cooked
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 pound ground pork
1 onion, diced
1 pinch salt and pepper
A pinch of paprika
A pinch of cinnamon
2 cup grated mozzarella

Cooking Instructions:

Mix the crushed tomatoes and macaroni in a large ovenproof pot
Cook pork, onion, diced tomatoes and spices.
Add to macaroni mixture.
Add 1 cup cheese and toss again.

Put the remaining cup of cheese on top and cover. Baked 15 minutes at 350C.

Broil for 2 minutes and serve.
