1 cup long grain rice
2 cups water
2 ½ c. teaspoon concentrated liquid chicken broth (Bovril style)
2 c. cooking oil
½ onion, diced
½ red pepper diced
½ orange pepper, diced
½ yellow pepper, diced
1 stalk celery, finely diced
Pepper to taste
2 c. Soup fills much butter
3 cloves garlic, crushed

Cooking Instructions:

Mix the concentrate with water.
In a baking dish, combine all the ingredients and cooked to 350 ° F for about 40 minutes
