1 beef roast 4-5 pounds
1/4 cup water
1 can of crushed tomatoes
A mixture onion soup
1 c. in tab. Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced or cut
1 c. Rosemary to the ground
1 c. teaspoon dried thyme
1 c. teaspoon dried marjoram
2 1/2 cups of potatoes

Cooking Instructions:

Roll the roast in the spices.

In slow cooker, add water, crushed tomatoes, onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and place the roast in the middle.

Place vegetables around the meat. Cover and cook on low 9-10 hours.
