1 / 3 cup corn syrup
3 / 4 cup whipping cream
In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips with corn syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Gradually stir in whipping cream. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until sauce is hot. Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
