1 cup packed brown sugar
2 / 3 cup whipping cream
2 tsp. tablespoons corn syrup
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir brown sugar, whipping cream and corn syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the preparation reaches the boiling point. Serve hot or cold, on ice cream
