1 cup whipping cream, cold
1 package cream cheese 125 g softened
1 / 3 cup maple syrup
1 / 2 cup mashed ripe banana
In a small bowl with electric mixer, beat whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
In another small bowl with electric mixer fitted with the same beaters, beat cream cheese until a smooth, gradually add the maple syrup and mashed banana. Gently stir in whipped cream. Serve with berries, cake without filling or fruit salad.
