1 1 / 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 / 4 cup butter, melted
3 packages of cream cheese 250 g each, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. teaspoon vanilla
1 1 / 2 cup sour cream, divided
3 tbsp. tablespoons sugar
1 tsp. teaspoon vanilla
fresh fruit

Cooking Instructions:

reheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan 9-inch diameter.

In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, gradually add 1 cup sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each adddition. Stir in vanilla and 1 / 2 cup sour cream. Pour into prepared crust.

Bake 45 minutes or until mixture is just taken when you gently shake the pan.

In a small bowl, mix remaining sour cream with 3 tbsp. tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Spread over hot cheesecake. Continue baking for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack. Chill before serving with fresh fruit.
