1 1 / 2 pound lean ground beef
1 packet of onion soup about 50 g
1 / 2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 / 2 cup milk
1 / 2 cup bottled barbecue sauce or chili sauce
4 oz (125 g) of cheddar cheese cut into thin slices

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine beef, soup mix, bread crumbs, egg and milk. Pack the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie (23 cm) in diameter.

Bake 40 minutes or until mixture is cooked. Drain. Spread barbecue sauce over meat and garnish with cheddar. Continue cooking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve.
