1 1 / 2 pound lean ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
2 / 3 cup beef consommé
1 egg
1 / 2 cup finely chopped onion
1 / 2 tsp. teaspoon garlic salt
1 can pizza sauce 7 1 / 2 oz (213 ml)
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
pizza toppings: sliced mushrooms, green peppers, olives, etc..
2 tsp. tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C).

In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, beef consommé, egg, onion and garlic salt. Pack the mixture evenly into greased 12 inch pizza (30 cm) in diameter; shaping an edge of 1 / 2 inch (1 cm) wide on the perimeter of the mold. Spread pizza sauce over meat. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, other fillings, then Parmesan.

Bake 20 minutes or until meat is cooked. Cut into wedges and serve

Give a pizza 12 inches (30 cm) diameter
