1 1 / 2 pound ground chicken or turkey
1 1 / 2 cup milk, divided
2 / 3 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. teaspoon garlic salt
1 egg
butter
1 cup chopped onions
1 tsp. tablespoon paprika
2 tsp. teaspoon chicken bouillon mix
1 / 2 cup water
1 tsp. tablespoons flour
1 / 2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix the chicken with 1 / 2 cup of milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt and egg, shape into 6 patties.

In a large skillet, melt some butter. Sauté the patties on both sides until browned, adding more butter as necessary. Remove patties and set aside.

Melt a little butter in same skillet, sauté onions until they are tender. Stir in paprika and chicken broth mixture, stirring, add water. Put the patties in the pan. A medium-high heat, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until patties are cooked. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

In a bowl, gradually add the remaining milk to flour and stir until the mixture is smooth. Pour into skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over patties and serve.
