Royal Icing,

2 cups of Confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp of lemon Juice
1/3 cup of water

Cooking Instructions:

Add sugar, water, and lemon juice all together. Let it sit for a minute alone. Then stir until smooth takes a minute or less.

This works so well for ginger breadmen. My 4 yr old help me decorate them. It dries faster than you think it would. Makes about 1 3/4 cups. Dries hard.

We used a cookie decorator bottle with the smallest opening.
