1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 pound fillets of white fish
Lemon juice
salt
chive butter and tomato or
herb butter or
lemon butter and parsley

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450 ° F. (230 ° C).

At the center of a large sheet of aluminum foil, shiny side, arrange the cucumber slices in an overlapping. Although the fish dry and place it in a layer on cucumbers; sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Gather edges of foil and fold to seal. Remove flickers on a cookie sheet.
