2 tsp. tablespoon butter
2 tsp. tablespoons flour
2 tsp. teaspoon chicken bouillon mix
1 / 2 tsp. teaspoon dry mustard
1 3 / 4 cup milk
3 / 4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 cans of salmon 7 1 / 2 ounces (213 g) each, drained and flaked, skinned
2 cups cooked broccoli florets

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, mix chicken broth and mustard powder, then gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat.

Add Swiss cheese and stir until melted. Stir in salmon.

Divide mixture among 4 small dishes shallow baking dish. Arrange broccoli around the edge of the dishes. Bake 20 minutes or until salmon is heated through. Makes 4 servings.
