3 tbsp. tablespoon butter
1 / 4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. tablespoons flour
1 tsp. Tea with Italian seasoning
1 3 / 4 cup milk
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup cooked ham, cut into thin strips
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
Salt and pepper
8 ounces linguine (250 g)

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until tender. Stir in flour and Italian seasoning, then gradually stir in milk. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat.

Add the mozzarella and Parmesan and stir until melted.

Stir in ham and peas. Salt and pepper to taste and keep warm.

In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Pour sauce over pasta. Toss to coat them and serve.
