Banana French Toast: Submitted by: Jack | Date Added: 20 Nov 2010 Ingredients:

2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced
2 tsp. tablespoons liquid honey
1 / 4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
12 slices whole wheat bread stale
butter
sliced bananas
maple syrup

Cooking Instructions:

In blender at high speed, reducing by a lumpy milk, eggs, bananas, honey and juice concentrate. Place bread slices in a large bowl, then pour the liquid mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or preferably overnight.

In a large skillet or electric skillet over medium heat, melt some butter. Brown the bread slices on both sides, adding butter as needed. Serve with sliced banana and maple syrup.
