1 1 / 2 cup cottage cheese
1 / 2 cup cucumber, seeded, diced
1 / 2 cup carrot, diced or grated
1 / 4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. tablespoons finely chopped shallots
1 tsp. vinegar
1 / 2 tsp. teaspoon dried dill leaves
Salt and pepper
2 pitas, halved
lettuce leaves
In a medium bowl, combine cottage with cucumber, carrot, mayonnaise, shallots, vinegar and dill and stir gently. Salt and pepper to taste.
Partially open each pita half. The line of lettuce and stuff in preparation for the cottage
