1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, grated, drained and well drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 / 4 teaspoon of. teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic and sugar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Let stand 1 hour to allow flavors to mingle. Serve with souvlaki or grilled chicken sandwiches.
