2 lb spare ribs
1 each onion
2 tablespoon fat or salad oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup chili sauce
Place ribs in baking dish and bake in 350 oven 30 min.Chop onion;brown in fat or salad oil. Add juice, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar,water, chili sauce, salt and pepper if you wish. Cook slowly 20 min.Pour over ribs; continue baking 1 hour.
