1 Lb great northern beans
1 onion finely diced
4 Stalks celery- diced
2 Cups cooked ham diced
1 Cup diced carrotts
1 Tbs salt
1 Tsp black pepper
Cook Beans for 1 hour then add the rest of ingredients. Cook until beans are tender. Cook longer for a thicker consistency or add some water if too thick and you want more liquid.
