American Penn-Dutch Sausage: Date Added: 18 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

5 lb Pork butt, coarse ground
1/3 c Sage
2 T Cloves, ground
3 T Coriander
2 T Salt
1 T Black pepper
1 c Cold Water

Cooking Instructions:

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing. To cook, fry or bake.
