Mexican Pasta: Date Added: 13 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Pound Chorizo- Take The Casing Off
1 Small Can Drained Mushroom Pieces
1/2 Recipe Pasta Sauce From This Book
1 Small Onion-Diced
1 Bell Pepper-Diced
3 Cups Cooked Elbow Macaroni
1 Cup shredded mild cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Scramble the hamburger meat and the Chorizo together in a large kettle. Add the onion and bell pepper. Cook till onion slightly tender. Add the rest of ingredients except for the cheese. Mix well. Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish and top with the cheese. Place casserole into a 350* oven till the cheese is melted.
