5 1/2 Cups chopped green tomatoes
5 1/2 Cups sugar
1 Package raspberry-flavored gelatin - (6-oz)
In large kettle combine tomatoes and sugar. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved, about 1 minute. Pour into jars and top with lids. This recipe yields 7 half-pints.
