4 medium potatoes; unpared
1/2 cup italian dressing
1 salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Scrub Potatoes till clean.
In boiling water, cook potatoes in skins till just tender. While still hot carefully slice diagonally into 1/2" slices. Place in shallow glass dish and pour dressing over hot slices.
Turn to coat thouroughly & let stand 1 hour. Remove from dressing and place on grill 3" from hot coals. Grill 8-10 minutes on each side till golden brown.Season after turning.
