Fresh Corn Custard Pie: Date Added: 12 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Milk, scalded
2 c Cooked fresh corn kernels
2 T Melted butter
1 1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Sugar
Pinch of pepper
9 Inch unbaked pastry shell

Cooking Instructions:

Beat eggs. Mix in milk, corn, butter, salt, sugar and pepper. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 400 degree oven 30 minutes, or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish with bacon slices.
